Capabilities
Swansboro EMS/RESCUE provides Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulances for
Onlsow County. Swansboro can also provide a truck for standby events
such as Mullet Festival, Swansboro High School football games and the
annual Tough Man Competition.

- This is our primary first out ambulance. It is fully equipped
in accordance with North Carolina Office of Emergency Medical Services
(NCOEMS) standards. See apparatus page for more information.

- This is our second out ambulance. It is fully equipped in
accordance with North Carolina Office of Emergency Medical Services (NCOEMS)
standards. See apparatus page for more information.

- First Responder
- This truck is used for as a Quick Reponse Vehicle (QRV) for
medical emergencies. It is equipped with basic medical care
equipment to assess and assist a patient until an ambulance can
arrive.
